Hi, my name is Alexander, but most people call me Alex. I’m Belgian and at the time of writing this text I’m 29. I’m the head of Intercambio, I’m responsible for setting out our ideology/policies/plans, our fundraising campaigns and the management of our team.

¡Hola! My name is Kell. I am 45, originally from the Netherlands, but living in Colombia now for 1.5 years and loving it here. I am very lucky to have a job that allows me to work from anywhere with an internet connection.

Hi! My name is Elias. I’m 25 years old and have been passionate about social causes my whole life. Within intercambio I am the VP and responsible for selecting and guiding the volunteers, as well as keeping an eye out for projects. Furthermore, I am co-responsible for finding funds and social media.

My name is Maryam, I am a 29 years old French woman. In Intercambio, I step in to help with the communication toward our French-speaking community.

Hi! My name is Ineke and I am a member of the “intercambio npo” board. Within Intercambio I am responsible for the financial aspects of the foundation, and for monitoring and improving the teaching competences of the volunteers (via workshops, online training, ...).

Hi there! My name is Priscila and I am a 31 years old Software Engineer. At Intercambio, I am responsible for the website, making changes and updates when necessary and also adding content from our volunteering social activities.
